December 2025 Release – Key Updates

We are happy to share a new production release focused on stability, structure, and improved workflows across Diri. This update completes several core features and introduces meaningful usability and security improvements. Inheritance completed across Data Processing Activities and templates in all modules, improving support for complex organisational structures. Templates fully revised with improved UI, correct inheritance, and full support from the risk assessment dashboard. Pre-DPIA major upgrade with a new overview page, improved lifecycle handling, and flexible DPIA escalation and override logic. Expanded Policy module (beta) with richer metadata, file uploads, and organisational sharing. * New file viewer and downloader with PDF/DOCX preview for systems, vendors, assets, treatments, and policies. Improved stability and security, including multiple bug fixes and CVE-related updates to core dependencies.
