Security update — all environments

We have patched and hardened all environments pending the large vulnerability disclosure this week. Components hit by the disclosure have been mapped and updated, and risks are mitigated. The change also include stricter authorization checks, improved tenant isolation, and protections against several request-handling edge cases. The update includes attack surface reductions, RBAC tightening on restricted roles, and security improvements. Alongside those: assessment stepper/unsaved-guard fixes, import control-tag linking, and usability updates to the Access & sharing tab. The help desk has also been updated.
