IT systems: Registered data not registering and displaying correctly

Bug in data registration and display. Used the "Add IT system" form to create a row and save. Data does not appear at all when saving. Shows up by name only when clicking "Add new row". All data columns missing content.
The add new row feature misses data entirely.
