Asset Type selecting wrong

When trying to select some of the "Asset Types" when adding an asset, they will not be selected and it selects another.
The ones that change are:
Business Process and Activities -> Website and other Web Resources
Personnel -> Personal Identifiable Information
Network -> Website and other Web Resources
Software -> Website and other Web Resources
Intellectual Property -> Website and other Web Resources
Research and Development -> Website and other Web Resources

New bug report from external on this issue:
"When we have to add a new value, the "value type" option is bugged. It is unable to change to a new value type that is further down the list than "Organization". If you choose an option under this, it does not change at all."
