Hi, new customers are experiencing not receiving email when registering new account. However this is not a problem when inviting new users. When the users are clicking on the invitation email, they are receiving link to to login page. They should arrive on setting up new password . The process is not a smooth experience from a user perspective. It is also unclear what the expectation are for setting up new password - users struggle to understand requirements.
